Please note:
- As a part of enhanced technology on requesting Balance Enquiry DCB Bank sends you the Balance for all your account linked to the registered Mobile Number also you will get Funds in Clearing and Shortfall with respect to all your accounts
There is a restriction of maximum 5 such requests in a day - Cheque Book request will be processed for Primary Accounts – Primary accounts can be checked by calling the call center 022 6899 7777 or 040 6815 7777. You can also place the request for changing primary account by calling Call Center
- In case of email statement of accounts, statement will be sent to your registered email id. There will be a restriction of maximum 7 such statements in a month
- In case your mobile number is tagged to multiple customer ID, DCB Bank will consider your older customer id to fetch the details.
