EXTENSION OF TIMELINES TILL DECEMBER 31, 2023 - FOR SUBMISSION OF PAN, NOMINATION AND KYC DETAILS BY SHAREHOLDERS OF THE BANK HOLDING SHARES IN PHYSICAL MODE AGAINST THEIR RESPECTIVE FOLIOS TILL DECEMBER 31, 2023

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), vide its circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated March 16, 2023, stipulated that folios shall be frozen if PAN, Nomination, Contact details, Bank A/c details and Specimen signature are not submitted by the shareholders holding shares in physical mode by September 30, 2023.

Please note that based on the various representations made by the investors, Registrars Association of India and various other stakeholders, SEBI vide its circular no. SEBI_HO_MIRSD_POD_1P_CIR_2023_158 dated September 26,2023, has extended the timeline till December 31, 2023 for submission of PAN, Nomination, Contact details, Bank A/c details and Specimen signature for the corresponding folio numbers by the shareholders holding shares in physical mode.

All the Shareholders of the Bank holding shares in physical mode are requested to take note of the above and submit/ update the required details within the prescribed timeline.

The Bank has already sent the various communications regarding this mandatory requirement on February 15, 2022, November 4, 2022, January 24, 2023, and May 24,2023.

We request the shareholders holding shares in physical mode, who have not yet updated their KYC, Nomination details as per above requirement are advised to update the same within prescribed timelines.
