As Head Operations & Key Projects, his endeavor is to leverage technology to bring about paradigm shift in banking operations and customer service.
Ravi has held key positions over a career span of 25 years in national and international roles. Previously at DCB Bank he had served as Chief Operating Officer - Branch Banking and prior that as Chief Internal Auditor. He was instrumental in building quality teams and strengthening the functions.
In between these roles he founded and ran a startup fintech company which gave him very valuable experiences. Prior to DCB Bank Ravi worked for Samba Financial Group (previously Citibank) at Riyadh and Qatar as Chief Financial Officer and Program Director in Audit; and earlier for Ernst & Young auditing large banks, mutual fund and multinational companies.
He is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
