Head - Branch Operations
Meghana brings over 18 years of professional experience in Customer Service, Operations and Service Quality. She heads Branch Operations for the Bank and oversees policy and process design, customer service and implementation of technology solutions to ease customer experience.
She began her journey with DCB Bank in September 2009. Her expertise in process improvement was instrumental in founding and setting up the Service Excellence team for the Bank. Additionally, she was also responsible for Investor Relations.
Prior to joining the Bank, Meghana has worked with Intelenet Global Services and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. Meghana has a Masters degree in Financial Management from Wellingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Mumbai and a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry from St. Xaviers College.
