Manoj Joshi
Chief Compliance Officer & Chief Internal Vigilance
Manoj Joshi is the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Internal Vigilance for the Bank. In a career span from 2006 with DCB Bank, he has contributed to the growth and progress of the organisation in various roles. His acumen for banking and finance was honed with responsibilities in Corporate Banking, SME and as Business Head for Trade Finance. He was also instrumental in setting up the SME vertical in the Bank.
Prior to DCB Bank, he has worked with ICICI Bank in Jamshedpur, Pune and Chennai. The initial years of his career were spent with manufacturing companies namely Uniworth Group and thereafter Epcos Ferrites Limited. In these, he was responsible for Finance and Banking.
Manoj has completed his B.Com, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Finance) and CAIIB. He also completed a certificate course conducted by IIBF for SME Banking, Trade Finance & Know Your Customer & Anti Money Laundering
