Gaurav joined the Bank in March 2008. In addition to managing Investor and Public Relations, he leads Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Marketing and Corporate Communication at the Bank. He has over 32 years of professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Quality and Marketing Communication. Previously has worked in HSBC, Convergys Corporation, GE Capital International Services & Taj Group of Hotels. He has obtained a B.A. Honours (English Literature) degree from Delhi University and MBA (Marketing & Sales and Finance) from FORE School of Management, New Delhi
