Lost card or unauthorized transactions
DCB Debit Card – Procedure to report loss, theft or unauthorised transactions
Have you lost your DCB Debit Card or suspect it to have been stolen? Have you observed any unauthorised transaction on your DCB Debit Card?
Immediately have your DCB Debit Card blocked through any of these options:
- Contact DCB Customer Care:
- Dial 022-6899 7777 or 040-6815 7777 and follow the instructions (NRI customers please dial +91-22-6127 1000)
- Send an email to customercare@dcbbank.com (for NRI customers nri@dcbbank.com)
- SMS
(xxxx = the last 4 digits of your DCB Debit Card) or (xxxx = the last 4 digits of your DCB Account number link to the Card) Send the text/ SMS to +91 98218 78789 - DCB Mobile Banking app:
- Login to DCB Mobile Banking app
- Click on the “Cards” tab
- Click on the “Block Debit Card”
- DCB Personal Internet Banking:
- Visit DCB Bank website www.dcbbank.com
- Select Personal Internet Banking
- Login with your credentials
- Select “Block Debit Card” option in General Services section and follow the instructions
- DCB WhatsApp Banking:
- Give a missed call on +91 70952 22000 to register
- Click on the link shared via text/ SMS or save the number mentioned in text/ SMS
- Type “Hi” and send (via WhatsApp)
- Reply “3” to block your DCB Debit Card and follow the instructions
- Visit nearest DCB Bank branch and submit DCB Debit Card blocking request
