Loan Processing charges |
Upto 1% of the loan amount, subject to
a minimum of Rs. 5000/-, of which Rs 2500/-
would be payable at the time of loan application
(by way of a cheque / PO / DD), balance
payable prior to disbursement.

Annual Maintenance Charges (DCB PayLess
Home Operative Account)
|
Upto 1% of outstanding loan amount as
on 31st March every year (Loan account Closing
balance as per loan account statement).
This will be an annual charge which will
be normally debited from your DCB PayLess Home Operative account during the following
quarter.
The annual charge would be debited if the
excess fund deposited in the DCB PayLess Home Operative Account exceeds 30% (on an
average basis for the preceding financial
year) of the loan outstanding as per the
actual loan account statement as on 31st
March every year.

Prepayment (Foreclosure) Charges
|
- Full pre-payment of the loan is not
permitted in the first 12 months from
the date of full disbursement.
- 2% penalty plus applicable service
tax would be charged to the customer on
full pre-payment of the loan after a period
of 12 months from the date of full disbursement.
(Penalty would be applicable on such pre-payment
amount including any part pre-prepayment
made during the financial year)

Part – Prepayment Charges |
- No part-prepayment permitted
in the first 6 months from the
date of full disbursement.
- No part-prepayment charges would be
levied for part-prepayment upto a maximum
of 25%of the outstanding loan amount at
any point in time in a financial year.
For any part-prepayment exceeding 25%
of the outstanding loan amount, part-prepayment
charges @ 2% plus applicable service tax
would be levied on the entire amount part-prepaid in the given financial year.
- No part-prepayment and reduction of
EMI permitted in DCB PayLess Home Loan
facility.

- 1. Above charges are NOT
inclusive of Service Tax and other levies. Service
Tax and other levies, etc. applicable as per
prevailing rate will be charged over and above
these charges.
- Above charges are subject to change without
any prior notice.
- Any services not mentioned above shall be
separately charged, as appropriate.
- Part-prepayment received after 4th March gets allocated towards principal O/s from 4th April which is to be considered as the payment received in previous financial year & not next financial year.
