ESOA will be sent to you on a monthly basis
or as per the frequency mentioned by you.
ESOA delivered through email is compiled in
a PDF format. To view a PDF document, all you
need to do is install Adobe Acrobat Reader (a
free application) on your computer.
ESOA cannot be saved as a text file and thus
cannot be imported to Microsoft Word or any
other text program. ESOA can only be saved as
PDF files.
Yes, your ESOA is a password protected file.
