The Banking Codes and Standards Board of India (BCSBI) has been established as an autonomous and independent body that would ensure that banks in India adhere to the Code which sets minimum standards for fair and transparent treatment of individual customers and Micro and Small Enterprises availing of banking services.

DCB is a member of BCSBI and has voluntarily adopted the following Codes:

Code of Bank’s Commitment to Customers
Code of Bank’s Commitment to Micro and Small Enterprises

DCB is in the process of reviewing its processes and practices to comply with the requirements of the MSE Code.
