SEBI vide its Circular CIR/MIRSD/1/2012 dated January 10, 2012 on "Disclosure of Track Record of the Public Issues managed by Merchant Bankers" has advised all SEBI Registered Merchant Bankers to disclose on their website the track record of the performance of the public issues managed by them. Development Credit Bank was issued Merchant Banking license by SEBI on October 17, 2011 and has not managed any public issue till date. Hence the said reporting may be treated as NIL.
